Barrington Tops National Park

Barrington Tops National Park is a World Heritage-listed wilderness area right on our doorstep. With ancient Antarctic beech forests, cascading waterfalls, and panoramic lookouts, it's one of the most spectacular natural areas in New South Wales.

What to Know

The park has sealed and unsealed roads — most lookouts and picnic areas are accessible by regular car. Temperatures can be significantly cooler at higher elevations, so bring layers even in summer. Mobile reception is limited inside the park.
